So its 2013+ and you want to run your own virtual world to experiment with creating virtual objects and you have decide to use Opensim. You have access to an old windows box with a fast internet connection and you have heard about the hypergates. Well, for several years now I have written and maintained a post on how to do just that. I recently fixed a problem with my OAR files backup script "Command-script save_Viradu.script" not running by going to the opensim log copying an pasting the relevant and short error into google, then reading the fix and applying it. Otherwise located this message and applied Diva Distro update command. It worked and I'm good. Hopefully you will be able to do the same.
